The most tender cut of beef, delicate in flavour and exceptionally lean.
The grill was on at three.
Dinner is at seven.
Diablo is three places under one roof on Green Street: a barista, a restaurant and a sports bar. We're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so there's always a reason to come in.
Morning. The barista is on before the grill is. Coffee made properly, the cabinet full of croissants and baguettes, and a breakfast menu worth sitting down for.
Midday to night. The restaurant does what it was built for. Australian beef and lamb from the grill, a Brazilian and Portuguese accent on the starters, and a signature sauce with every steak. Lunch is quick if you need it to be. Dinner never is.
Game on. The sports bar has the big game on the screens and cold beer on tap. Cheer as loud as the score deserves.
Come for a coffee. Stay for the second half.
The Dining Room · A standoff, and dinner for two
Australian beef and lamb, cooked to the temperature you asked for and rested like it matters. Because it does.

The most tender cut of beef, delicate in flavour and exceptionally lean.

Golden crumbed chicken breast topped with Napoli sauce and melted mozzarella.

Six lamb cutlets served with roasted garlic, rosemary and red wine jus.
The Bar · Every bottle gets its own stage
The wine list runs from big Australian reds to the old world, and plenty that stands up to a steak. Cold beer is on tap for the game, and there's a cocktail list for when the night calls for one.
The house pour is The Diablo: reposado tequila, blackcurrant, ginger and lime, finished with a flamed orange coin. One is a ritual. Two is a decision.
See the Bar MenuLive jazz, soul and blues, four nights a week. Never a cover charge.
The Grill · Lamb over the flame, steaks waiting their turn
When the plates clear, the music starts. Jazz, soul and blues, close enough to feel and never so loud you can't talk. On music nights the best tables go first, so book ahead.
