Choosing your hour.
Weekday mornings belong to the coffee crowd. Friday lunch runs long, and nobody minds. Saturday night hums from the first pour to the last song. Sunday is slow on purpose: roasts, records, and an afternoon that asks nothing of you.
If you prefer the room to yourself, come on a Tuesday. The kitchen does not know what day it is.
