Work With Us

Good hands wanted.

Cooks who respect a hot grill. Bartenders who respect the classics. Floor staff who can read a room. If that is you, the door is open.

Kitchen

Grill Cook

Full-time  ·  $32–38/hr + super

Fast, calm hands on a hot line four to five nights a week.

You'll run the grill section: steaks, chops and whatever the board is calling for that night. Australian beef and lamb, cooked to order, so a feel for heat and timing matters more than a folder of qualifications. We're after someone reliable, clean and unflappable at eight o'clock on a Saturday. In return: a proper section, a kitchen that respects craft, penalty rates paid correctly, and a staff feed worth turning up early for.
Bar

Bartender

Part-time  ·  Award + tips

Classics done right, a full room kept happy, a clean bar at close.

Our list leans on the classics made properly and a WA-forward cellar. You should know your way around a Negroni and a wine list, pour with consistency, and read a bar the way good floor staff read a room. Current RSA required. Weeknight and weekend shifts available. Tips are pooled and shared across the team.

What we look for
  • Craft over swagger. We can teach the menu; we cannot teach caring.
  • Clean hands, calm under a full room, kind to the new starter.
  • Reliability. A section runs on people turning up.
  • A genuine taste for the work — fire, service, or the perfect pour.
  • The right to work in Australia, and a current RSA for bar and floor roles.

The grill is always hiring.

Even when nothing is listed, the right person is worth a place. Introduce yourself.
